The reason why I didn't answer to this is because, i'm pretty sure there was more than a .bsp, and I was too lazy to go and find all the other files :\

Well here's the BSP.. try and see if it works..

Ph0x Thank you very much man. im sure it will work wav files are not necessary to have. but if you do get the change upload the rtz.wav cause im curious how the map should sound.
